Al momento della consegna controlla l'integrità della confezione. In caso di scatolo danneggiato, o manomesso, dovrai apporre Riserva Specifica sulla lettera di vettura del corriere, annotando l'anomalia riscontrata (es: "Imballo danneggiato sul lato destro"). Questo passaggio è molto importante, perchè in caso di danneggiamento della merce è l'unico modo di rivalsa nei confronti del corriere.
